Under the leadership and guidance of Mr. Rakesh Pandey and Mr. RB Singh, who has huge experience and knowledge in their respective fields, company is growing rapidly and at a very high pace.
Mr. RB Singh’s business acumen as a young Entrepreneur combined with an unconventional approach to his work and duties towards his organisation. He is an eminent personality in Furniture Industry. He completed his education from DAV, Ambala. But it was his love for woods that took him to Forest Research Institute, Dehradun, a pioneer institute, producing well equipped Furniture Professionals for the Industry. He completed his Master’s in Woods Science and Technology during 1998-2000.
He Knows how woods behave and that’s exactly you need to develop a happy furniture. His ideas and designs are inspired from modern ethnic school.
Mr. Singh learned all facets of the furniture business during his rich career. He worked with the best minds in the industry and with some of illustrious furniture brands like; Anthropology, Restoration Hardware, Create & Barrel, Habufa, M&S, Amazon and many more. It gave him the opportunity to learn every aspect of the furniture business.
He has been on the board of many prestigious government and private organisations such as Forest Innovation Consulting Government of British Columbia, Li & Fung, Indian Inc., William e Connor and Evok to name the few.
Mr. Singh is working relentlessly to support the “Make in India” initiative taken by Indian Government, in domestic and International Market.
Mr. Singh’s determination and expertise are the driving force in laying the groundwork for one of the most incredible success in the history of the furniture industry, Marv Furniture Mind.
Mr. Rakesh Pandey
The seeds of Mr. Rakesh Pandey’s passion for furniture were planted towards the end of 1980s, just shortly after graduating from the University of Delhi, with a Bachelor’s Degree.
He carries hard core knowledge of production process and good at optimum utilisation of resources and materials. He works in most of the aspects of the business including production line, product design and engineering, finance, and sourcing.
Mr.Pandey is a keen planner and strategist with skills in team building, organisation building capability and proven abilities in planning and managing resources both men and material.
He is proficient in analysing processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing techniques for reducing rejection level, rework and over consumption of resources, streamlining efforts for process enhancement & improving operational efficiencies. He is an expert in analysing the process and improving it.
Mr. Pandey, through his leadership and vision, has been responsible for Marv Furniture Mind’s sustained growth since the inception. Staying true to Marv Furniture Mind’s vision, “to be the best in the industry” Mr. Pandey continues to cultivate the company’s continuous improvement culture.
His passion for improving Marv Furniture Mind operations, products, and services is unrelenting to this day, positioning the company for continued growth into the future.
